Phoenix Hotel Dubai

Very friendly, professional and nice staff. Cozy bed and proper air conditioning. Perfect value/location balance. The area is full of catering options and the metro is 10-15 mins away.

There are some bad reviews of this hotel but when we checked in with my family it was the opposite. The manager and staff are very accommodating and nice to meet our needs! They are keen to answer our questions regarding our stay concerns and provided us with our requests! The hotel is in Old Dubai so expect that you will see the culture and authenticity of the people living here! So many stores, shops, restaurants, gold souk, convenience stores nearby and as well near at the Al Ghurair Mall! We love our room and everything was clean and maintained! The Bathroom is nice as well! As Tourists here in Dubai we definitely had a good 2 nights and 3 days experience especially if you want to experience the Old Dubai! I would definitely love to come and visit again soon! We had luggages but if you’re a backpacker traveler you would also want to consider this Phoenix Hotel! Super love it! The room was very spacious, clean and had the amenities i needed.breakfast was delicious and with many choice. The people in the reception were very heldfull,not just on check in and checkout,but also in giving direction to spots.The location is great very near to Union Metro station and Baniyas metro station. I would to recommended to friends and will definitely stay Again if I'm back in Dubai

The staff were helpful and accommodating and I was able to enquire about and plan excursions with the help of the receptionists. The property also has a slight aesthetic touch and vibe to it and overall given the location, I was more than content with the experience.
